Book Clubs
The WRC hosts a fiction book club each Fall semester and a non-fiction book club each Spring semester. Stay tuned for our Spring 2024 group in which we will be reading "All About Love" by bell hooks.
Women's History Month
We celebrate Women's History Month each March with a calendar full of programs, a tabling fair, and of course, our Women's Leadership Conference. Please contact us if you would like to be involved in planning Women's History Month events.
Women's Leadership Conference
The Women's Leadership Conference, hosted each year on campus by the WRC, takes place during Women's History Month in March. The conference serves as an opportunity for students to build community and learn about how leadership and gender equity go hand in hand.
The 2024 WLC will focus on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness! For more information about this year's conference, please click here.
Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Every April, the WRC hosts and co-hosts several events relating to Sexual Assault Awareness Month, including GT's annual Take Back the Night. Other programs include Teal Ribbon Day and Denim Day in collaboration with VOICE.
Domestic Violence Awareness Month
During the month of October, the WRC recognizes Domestic Violence Awareness Month and hosts events both independently and in collaboration with VOICE and the Wellness Empowerment Center to raise awareness, uplift survivors, and educate the campus community.
